What is an Appraisal?

An essential part of owning fine jewelry is having it appraised so you can get it properly insured against loss, theft or damage. Here at Bahdos, we operate with the highest level of integrity, so this official document guarantees that you are indeed getting the quality merchandise that we promised. The appraisal includes the cut, color and clarity for diamonds, millimeter dimensions for gemstones, and the metal of the item. In addition, a copy may be given to your insurance company so you can insure it and protect your investment.

• Diamond, gemstone and pearl jewelry $1,000 and over
